This program draws on research in organizational behavior, sociology, therapy, and governmental research and incorporates a 360-degree individual assessment that explores the method that you lead, and identifies your challenges and possibilities. Through the entire system you'll work one-on-one with a seasoned executive mentor to build up a customized leadership plan that may be implemented immediately.
